SendStudio NX is our email marketing software that allows anyone to create and send email campaigns. It's been a long time coming, and after 3 weeks of building the SendStudio XML API (big thanks to Chris S, our lead SendStudio developer) and the interface for StoreSuite NX, the two are now integrated - and all it takes is about 5 clicks.

The first thing you need to do in StoreSuite NX is fill in the API information, which is provided by SendStudio NX:


As you can see, StoreSuite NX provides clear step-by-step help that explains everything from buying SendStudio NX to enabling its XML API. At the moment there are 2 ways you can integrate SendStudio NX:

1. When someone fills in the newsletter subscription box in your store their first name and email address can be saved into a SendStudio NX mailing list of your choice:
   
   
   
   
2. You can also capture the email address and other details of a customer when they place an order from your site. StoreSuite NX allows you to pass certain order attributes to your SendStudio NX mailing list by assigning them to custom fields:
   
   
   

That's all there is to it really. Create your mailing lists and custom fields in SendStudio NX and StoreSuite NX handles everything else. You can capture newsletter subscriber and/or customer's details, and the system is extremely flexible in how it works. It's also very extensible if you're a web developer.
