When I was building custom eCommerce sites for a living 5+ years ago I found that statistics and reporting capabilities were one of the most common requests from customers. Today, I'd like to know how you want StoreSuite to show statistics and what you plan to do with them...
If you look down the right column of the site you'll see I've just added a Twitter widget. Twitter is a way to tell everyone what you're doing throughout the day. I thought it would be a good idea to share as I know a lot of you check this blog more than a few times a day ;) You can also get my Twitter RSS feed here.
We're just about to start building the payment provider modules and I just wanted to make a quick post asking which providers you'd like us to consider integrating into StoreSuite by default...
I'm now at the "fun" part of developing StoreSuite - shipping. There are a thousand different ways shipping can be implemented into an eCommerce system, and I've looked at most eCommerce systems and the way they have shipping implemented is confusing to say the least...

This blog was started to talk about the development of Interspire Shopping Cart, our PHP/MySQL eCommerce solution that will be released in March 2008. Every few days I'll post a progress update, answer common questions, etc.
